Rashi writes that a Kli Cheres that absorbs taste of a Chatas must be broken, for the taste is Nosar. [After 24 hours], the taste is detrimental. It should not forbid!
Moshav Zekenim, R. Chaim Paltiel: "L'Mashchah" is written about Kodshim, i.e. grandeur, the way kings eat, without any detrimental taste. 1
It seems that this is the intent of Riva citing R. Tam. (PF) Divrei Yatziv (CM 105:7) - Kometz l'Minchah says that one may not use it to cook Chulin, for it is a Kli Shares.
Rashi writes that a Kli Cheres must be broken because it absorbs taste. In Zevachim (95b) the Gemara asked [and did not resolve] whether one must break an oven if Chatas was baked in the airspace, even without absorptions!
R. Akiva Eiger (95b): Rashi derived from the Sugya that the question was settled; only absorptions obligate breaking or Merikah and Shetifah.
