Who is "ha'Rachok"?

Radak: One who distances himself from the enemies and flees to [other] lands, he will die there in a plague.

Malbim: One who was in the Midbar far from the enemy.

Who is "ha'Karov"?

1.

Radak: One whom the enemies catch - he will fall via the sword.

2.

Malbim: One who is close to the city, where the enemy stands.

Who is "ha'Nish'ar"?

1.

Radak: It is those who remained in Yerushalayim. It was besieged; he will die from hunger.

Who is "ha'Natzur"?

1.

Rashi: It is those who gathered to the city 1 , and [the enemies] besieged it.

Radak #1: This is Pa'ul conjugation, from "Notzer Te'enah" (Mishlei 27:18). He is guarded in the city.

Radak #2: This is from the root Matzur. It is Nif'al. It has a Shuruk, like "Nevuchim Hem ba'Aretz" (Shemos 14:3). Also Targum Yonasan is like this (besieged).

How will Hashem finish His anger?

1.

Rashi: I will complete all My anger and desire for their evil.

2.

Malbim: Since they will receive their punishment, My anger against them will be finished.
