Why does it say "Roga ha'Yam"?

Pesachim 118b: [Verse 14 said "Miher Tzo'eh Lehipase'ach v'Lo Yamus la'Shachas." Constipation is painful like the day of death, and then] eliminating is as hard as Kri'as Yam Suf.

Rashi: Roga is folding, like "Ori Raga" (Iyov 7:5).

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: D'Nazif b'Yama. This is like Go'er (rebuking).

Radak: He splits. This is like Ori Raga va'Yima'es" (Iyov 7:5).

Malbim: I calm the agitation of the sea, even when its waves roar. If so, can I not cease the clamor of "Enosh Rimah" (Iyov 25:6; a man, whose end is worms) and his anger?!

What is the meaning of "va'Yehemu Galav"?

Radak: [He made the waves roar] where He split the sea, and [Egypt] could not pass through until Yisrael passed. This is like "v'Hamu Galav v'Lo Ya'avrenhu" (Yirmeyah 5:22).
