Why, on the way back to Egypt, does the Pasuk mention Yosef's brothers before the Egyptians who accompanied him, whereas on the way out (50:7-8), it mentions the Egyptians first?

1.

Rashi: Because when the latter saw the great Kavod that the kings of Kena'an gave Yaakov, 1 they treated them with respect.

2.

Tosfos ha'Shalem (2, citing Riva), Hadar Zekenim: The Egyptians did so amidst fear lest the brothers return to Eretz Kena'an. (Therefore, they always placed themselves between the brothers and Eretz Kena'an - PF.)

3.

Malbim citing Mahari: When going to the burial, the mourners went last. When they returned, the mourners went first. This is the custom.

1

Refer to 50:10:1:2.

2)

Why does it say "v'Chol ha'Olim"?

1.

Ohr ha'Chayim #1: This teaches that no one was missing from the entire great camp of chariots and horsemen (50:9), for they all went for the Mitzvah to bury his father, and not one returned until Yosef buried his father. Sheluchei Mitzvah are not harmed when they go, nor when they return.

2.

Ohr ha'Chayim #2: Only those who waited until after the burial, it is evident that they intended for the Mitzvah. Of those, no one died. Those who went for other reasons are not included.

3.

Malbim: This teaches that all returned. Not one of them remained in Eretz Kena'an.

4.

Ha'amek Davar: Even though they already departed from engaging with the Mes in Goren ha'Atad, they did not return. This is not only Ziknei Pharaoh, who initially did not go for burial, rather, for Yosef's honor. Rather, even all who ascended for the burial, after the Aveilus in Goren ha'Atad, it is as if he was buried, and they could have returned - they were concerned for Yosef's honor, since they already ascended and went with him,
