Why did Mosheh need to repeat what the people said they saw and heard?

Hashem came to give the Torah, Yisrael made two requests: 1. to see His Kavod and 2. to hear His Voice. 1 . Now that Hashem had fulfilled their requests, they asked Moshe to take over and to act as the intermediary between them and Hashem.

"Hein Her'anu Hashem Elokeinu es Kevodo". What are the connotation of "Kevodo", "Gadlo", and "Kolo"?

R. Bachye: "Kevodo" refers to the appearance of fire, "Gadlo", to the lightning, the voices and the ssond of the Shofar, and and "Kolo", to the Aseres ha'Dibros.
