What is the translation of "Ki Satis" and "ve'Chii Nitmeis"?
Rashi: It means 'If you strayed ... and if you sinned'. 1
Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: It means 'Because you strayed ... and because you sinned'

Why does the Torah insert the (otherwise superfluous) words "ve'Chi Nitmeis"?
Seforno: "Ki Satis ... ve'Chi Nitmeis" teaches us that the curse will only take effect if she strayed and was guilty, but not for any other sin that she may have commited.
