What is the significance of "Tzach v'Adom"?
Rashi: "Tzach" is white, like "Tzachu me'Chalav" (Eichah 4:7). It is beauty for a young man to be white, and his face is red.
Rashi (16, according to the metaphor): He is white, to whiten my sins. He was white when He appeared on Har Sinai like a Chacham who gives rulings. Also when He sits in judgment "Levushe ki'Slag Chivar u'Se'ar Reishe ka'Amar Nekei" (Daniel 7:9). He is red to pay up from His haters - "Madu'a Adom li'Lvushecha" (Yeshayah 63:2).
Seforno: He takes vengeance on Edom in Galus.
Malbim (Melitzah): He encompasses Chesed and mercy (Tzach) and Midas ha'Din (red). I.e. He is the source of good and evil, judgment and mercy, life and death. All come from the Source of sources, that is totally good. This is unlike those who say that there are two sources 1 . Shir ha'Shirim Rabah - He is Tzach for me in the sea - "u'Vnei Yisrael Halchu va'Yabashah b'Soch ha'Yam"; He is Adom for Egypt in the sea - "va'Yna'er Hashem Es Egypt b'Soch ha'Yam" (Shemos 14:29, 27).

What is "Dagul me'Revavah"?
Torah Temimah citing Chagigah 16a: He is Dugma in Revavah 1 .
Rashi: Many troops are Madgil Him (raise His banner, i.e. acknowledge His authority). Many troops are called Revavah, e.g. "Revavah k'Tzemach ha'Sadeh Nesatich" (Yechezkel 16:7).
Rashi (16, according to the metaphor): His many troops surround Him.
Seforno: He is known to be Ba'al Degel - victory and ability [are His], among myriads of Kadosh [angels] that do His will.
Malbim (Melitzah): Myriads of powers are gathered in Him. He is the source of all of them. This is why He is called Elokim - the collection of all powers in existence. There is nothing outside of Him.
Rashi (16a): He is recognized (like a sample, which a buyer requests like it). Maharsha (16a, citing the Aruch) - He is Medugam among myriads (no one is like Him).
