Who are "ha'Hagri'im"?

'Rashi': They were Yishmaelim. They are called ha'Hagri'im based on their mother Hagar. Radak - the Aleph is in place of the Yud of Yachas (from Hagar).

Malbim (19): They are brothers of Bnei Hagar 1 .

I.e. Bnei Keturah, like the opinion (Rashi Bereishis 25:1, from Bereishis Rabah 61:4) that Keturah is Hagar. (PF)

What is the significance of "va'Yeshevu b'Ohaleihem"?

'Rashi': Aravim normally dwell in tents 1 .

Surely 'Rashi' agrees that after Yisrael conquered them, Yisrael dwelled in their tents. (PF)
