What is the meaning of "Lo Yitenu Ma'al'leihem"?

1.

Rashi: They will not abandon their evil way. This is like "Nasan Reicho" (Shir ha'Shirim 1:12), "v'Lo Nesano Elokim Lehara Imadi" (Bereishis 31:49), "v'Lo Nasan Sichon" (Bamidbar 21:23). Radak #1 ? their evil way will not let them return to their G-d. They sinned so much that no path remains for them to repent, until they will receive their punishment.

2.

Radak #2: They cling so much to their evil ways that even if once they think Teshuvah in their hearts, they immediately regret (and do not repent).

What does Ru'ach Zenunim do to them?

1.

Radak: It makes them stray.

2.

Malbim: It causes that my Musar, that they should repent, will not help.

3)

Do they not know Hashem at all?

1.

Radak: They did not seek Him, even once. Rather, constantly they cling to their evil deeds.

2.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: They did not seek to learn from Hashem.
