What is the meaning of "Lo Libi Halach"?

1.

Radak, Malbim #2: This is said in astonishment. Were my heart and thoughts not with you when you went? I know [why] you went and what you did!

2.

Malbim #1: My heart (awareness) did not leave me at the time (I know where you went).

2)

Why does it say "ha'Es Lakachas"?

1.

Radak: This is said in astonishment. Do I not know the time that you went and took?!

2.

Malbim: (a) This was not the proper time to take. Through not taking money from him, I was Mekadesh Hashem, and he recognized that it was via Hashem, and not via nature. (b) Had you taken the money for a real need, e.g. to finance Aniyim at a time of famine [it would not be so bad]. However, you took it to buy garments, olive trees... Therefore Na'aman's Tzara'as will cling to you!

3)

Gechazi did not take all these matters from Na'aman!

1.

Rashi, Targum Yonasan: He took the money in order to become rich, and buy garments 1 , olive trees...

2.

Sanhedrin 107b, according to Rashi there: Elisha was teaching Perek Shemoneh Sheratzim. He said mentioned eight things, to teach that Gechazi thought to get them via the money, as his reward for learning Shemoneh Sheratzim.

The Targum implies that he took garments, and intended to buy the other matters listed.
