Why does it say not to fear when a man waxes rich?

1.

Radak: The Navi tells one who accepts his Musar - do not worry if you see an Ashir, and you are not rich like him. You will live in your poverty like he lives in his wealth, and perhaps more. Also in death he is no better than you, for he will not take his wealth (verse 18). You have a great advantage over him!

2.

Malbim: Do not think that he will increase his house's honor - it will be full of many desired acquisitions. This is not his wealth!

Sefer: Perek: Pasuk:
