In every Kaneh around the city, an angel from His Kisei ha'Kavod will stand to guard it. From the city until Har ha'Bayis was exactly 45 Mil 2 ? "Yihyeh Al Metzilos ha'Sus Kodesh la'Shem 3 " (Zecharyah 14:20).
How does the verse hint to 18,000? "Ribosayim" is 20,000, and Alfei is at least 2000. What is the source to subtract it from 20,000? In Tehilim, Malbim implies that it refers to many myriads, but not a particular number. (PF)
Terumas ha'Kodesh is 25,000 Kanim from north to south. If the city is at the very south, the north gate is 4,500 Kanim from the south. Har ha'Bayis was 500 Kanim square, in the middle of the 10,000 Kanim in the north (refer to 45:2:1:1), so its south side was 15,250 Kanim (45.75 Mil) from the city gate. If the city is 250 Kanim north of the southern border of Terumas ha'Kodesh, the distance is exactly 45. (PF)

Is the name of the city "Hashem Shamah"?
Targum Yonasan: The name of the city is explained from the day that Hashem will make His Shechinah dwell there. Rashi ? i.e. it will not be called another name. Rather, its initial name, from when Avraham tied Yitzchak at the Akeidah, he called it Yera'eh. Beforehand, its name was Shalem ? it became called Yerushalayim.
Rashi: Indeed, its name in the future, from when it will be built, will be "Hashem Shamah." Radak ? i.e. the Shechinah will never leave the city. So said Yirmeyah ? "v'Zeh Shmo Asher Yikra Lah Hashem Tzidkenu", and so he said about Melech ha'Mashi'ach "v'Zeh Shmo Asher Yikre'u Hashem Tzidkenu" (Yirmeyah 33:16, 23:6).
