What is the meaning of "Ya'avduhu mi'Kol Shivtei Yisrael"?

Rashi: All the Shevatim gave to them this portion in the land.

Radak: The people from other Shevatim [will serve the city]. They are there due to [the other Shevatim] and in place of them. It is proper that they serve people of the city] for every matter that they need, and they will send to them Menachos.
3.
Malbim: All Shevatim will need to give needs of those who work the city and their food. Therefore, they will give to them this strip, that all Yisrael have a share in it for fields and vineyards.
