Why does it say "Tigal Ervasech" and "Tera'eh Cherpasech"?
Radak: The matter is repeated in different words.
Malbim: Your Ervah will be totally exposed, for they will tear her garments, and her shame will be seen to all.
For what will He take vengeance?
Radak: For the evil that they did to Yisrael.
Malbim: For all the evils that you did with Me.
What is the meaning of "v'Lo Efga Adam"?
Rashi: I will not request people to take vengeance for me.
Radak #1: This is [striking,] like "Pen Yifga'enu ba'Dever Oh ve'Charev" (Shemos 5:3). The prefix Chaf is omitted, like in "Lev Soma'ech Yeitiv Gehah" (Mishlei 17:22); it should say k'Gehah. Here it is as if it says ch'Adam. I will not strike them like other people. Rather, I will take full vengeance from them. Targum Yonasan is like this
