What should they tell, and whom should they approach?
Radak: Everyone should say to his friend, and they should approach their great people and leaders.
Malbim: Tell your claims, and bring them in front of Me.
What counsel should they take?
Radak: Like it says, "Mi Hishmi'a Zos mi'Kedem" (refer to 45:21:3:2).
Malbim: If you cannot bring your claims in front of Me, at least take counsel among yourselves to find the Emes.
What is the question "Mi Hishmi'a Zos mi'Kedem"?
Rashi: Which of your idols announced beforehand to save its worshippers?!
Radak: Which of your idols announced beforehand that decree that I brought against Machaneh Ashur, or against Bavel? The previous Parashah discussed both of them.
Malbim: Which of your gods announced beforehand that it will give Torah in public?
Why does it add "me'Az Higidah"?
Malbim: [If no other god gave Torah in public,] did it at least give Torah and Mitzvos like this, covertly?
Why does it say "ha'Lo Ani Hashem v'Ein Od [Elokim mi'Bal'adai]"?
Rashi: [Only] I inform beforehand what I will do for My nation, and I fulfill My word.
Radak: I announced this decree [against Machaneh Ashur and Bavel] before it came, via My Nevi'im. Only I am faithful in My word, and save. I saved Yerushalayim from Melech Ashur, and Yisrael from Galus Bavel.
Malbim: When I spoke to you in public "va'Yadata ha'Yom va'Hashevosa El Levavecha", "Atah Har'esa Lada'as Ki Hashem Hu ha'Elokim Ein Od Milvado" (Devarim 4:39, 35)
What do we learn from "Kel Tzadik u'Moshi'a Ein Zulasi"?
Malbim: Only I gave Mitzvos to make man virtuous and save him - "Ani Hashem "Dover Tzedek Magid Meisharim" (19).
