Radak: Ben Nechar is not a Goy ? I need not teach [that he may not enter My house]! Rather, I teach about a Ben Nechar within Bnei Yisrael.

Malbim: In the future, there will be a difference between Bnei Nechar among Yisrael that their deeds are estranged, and those of Leviyim, and those of Kohanim. Arlei Lev and Arlei Basar Bnei will not enter My Mikdash at all, even merely to enter. Bnei Nechar among Leviyim and Kohanim will be different ? refer to 44:11:1:2, 44:13:1:2.
