What do we learn from "Kol ha'Nikra vi'Shmi v'Lichvodi Berasiv Yetzartiv Af Asisiv"?
Avos 6:11: Everything that Hashem created, was only for His honor.
Bava Basra 75b: In the future, Tzadikim will be called on Hashem's name.
Rashi: All Tzadikim who are called on My name, and everything made for My honor, I formed, made it and prepared it with everything needed for it. Even though [Yisrael] were in Galus and affliction, I already prepared everything needed for their redemption.
Radak #1: All of Yisrael are called on His name. Not one of them will remain, even though they are scattered in all corners.
Radak #2: Everything called on My name in Yisrael, i.e. the Tzadikim; Hashem will refine them when they leave [Galus]. The good one will escape - "Kol ha'Chasuv l'Chayim bi'Yrushalayim" (4:3); they are called on the name of Hashem.

Why does it say "v'Lichvodi Berasiv"?
Radak: This is like it says v'Lichvodi Berasiv v'Yotzercha Yisrael" (1). They recognize and know that Kel created them and the world. They are witnesses about this.
Why does it say "Berasiv Yetzartiv Af Asisiv"?
Radak: Even though man was formed from earth, and not created from nothing, it says Berasiv, for he was not made from flesh like himself. It is as if he was created from nothing. Yetzirah is fixing his limbs. Asiyah is arranging his food and bodily needs. Man must contemplate the Chachmah in the formation of man and his limbs, and preparation of his food from his birth. This brings him to recognize His Creator and praise Him. Since Yisrael do so, it is proper that I take them out of Galus.
Radak #2: Berasiv refers to the world. I created it from nothing. Yetzartiv - I formed its forms and strength. Asisiv - I fixed its details.
