Why did he say that he did not cover it in his heart?
Radak #1: If a person does not think about it constantly, he covers and hides it.
Radak #2: Just like it is in my heart, so I said it to people. I did not cover it from them.

What are "Emunasecha u'Seshu'asecha"?
Radak: Emunah of Hashem and His salvation of his Chasidim; He fulfills for them His promises of good. Emunah is an expression of fulfillment, e.g. "v'Ne'eman Beisecha' (Shmuel II, 7:16).
Malbim: Through telling Your salvation, I told Your Emunah. Since people hear how You save those who trust [in You], they believe in You and recognize that You oversee my virtue.
What are "Chasdecha va'Amitecha"?

Radak: It applies to "Amarti". If it applied to "Lo Chichadti", it would say mi'Kahal. Often, words refer to what is distant in the verse, and not to what is close.
