What are "Emunasecha u'Seshu'asecha"?

Radak: Emunah of Hashem and His salvation of his Chasidim; He fulfills for them His promises of good. Emunah is an expression of fulfillment, e.g. "v'Ne'eman Beisecha' (Shmuel II, 7:16).

Malbim: Through telling Your salvation, I told Your Emunah. Since people hear how You save those who trust [in You], they believe in You and recognize that You oversee my virtue.

What are "Chasdecha va'Amitecha"?

Radak: Emes is fulfilling the good that He promised. Chesed is doing more good than He promised 1 .

Why does the verse first mention doing above what He promised, and afterwards what He promised? (PF)

To what does "l'Kahal" apply?

Radak: It applies to "Amarti". If it applied to "Lo Chichadti", it would say mi'Kahal. Often, words refer to what is distant in the verse, and not to what is close.
