Malbim: No. Only Nesi'im are taught; Sha'ul's son was not a Nasi. Ezra skipped from the Sefer of lineage from Sha'ul until Shalum, who is Shelumi'el ben Tzurishadai, Shimon's first Nasi. The Sefer of lineage said Tzurishadai, Shalum Bno, and the Nesi'us passed from son to son until Mishma, the last Nasi.
