Malbim: He encompasses all perfection and power; He is the source of all of them.

What does He not despise?

Rashi: An Oni.

Ibn Ezra: He does not despise without reason.

Malbim: One who is "Kabir Ko'ach Lev" (refer to 36:5:3:2). Such a person resembles Hashem's perfection - one loves one who resembles him!

How does He have great strength of heart?
1.
Rashi: To take vengeance - therefore, "Lo Yechayeh Rasha."
2.
Malbim: This is a person with strength of heart to stand in any test, and not falter from his virtue.
