Radak: Lowly people gathered to me. The same applies to "Bnei Naval Gam Bnei Vli Shem Nik'u Min ha'Aretz" (Iyov 30:8). I.e. they are lame and pressed from their lowliness.

Malbim: When they came to my house to visit me, they did not show their Simchah. Rather, they gathered Nechim, as if they are pained over me.

Why did he say "v'Lo Yadati"?

Radak: I do not know why they gathered to rejoice over my affliction. I did not do evil to them!

Malbim: When they pretended to be pained over me, I did not know that they are happy in their hearts.

What is the meaning of "Kar'u v'Lo Damu"?

Bava Metzi'a 59a: David said 'if I would be torn, my blood would not spill 1 .' Even when my tormentors are learning about Tzara'as and Tum'as Ohel, they ask me 'which death penalty is given for Bi'ah with a married woman 2 ?'

Radak #1: They tore their mouths amidst great laughter, and they were not silent from jesting about me.

Radak #2: Kar'u is an expression of opening, like "v'Kar'u Lo Chalonai" (Yirmeyah 22:14).
