What was the question "ha'Af Sonei Mishpat Yachavosh"?

1.

Rashi: One who hates the judgment of the true Judge, will he be Chovesh Him?! Ibn Ezra - Chovesh is to rule over him, like "Lo Ehyeh Chovesh." It is like "Ya'atzor", "Yoresh Etzer."

2.

Malbim: Do you attribute this evil to Hashem? Not only does He not pay a Tzadik like his action. Rather, He made a Chovesh (ruler) over the world one who hates Mishpat, i.e. the Ma'arachah and Mazal! They conduct based on nature, and not based on Mishpat! Initially you complained that he did improperly to one Tzadik (yourself). Now you attribute to Him a great evil, to hand over conduct of the Klal to one who hates Mishpat!

2)

Why did he add "v'Im Tzadik Kabir Yarshi'a"?

1.

Rashi: If you will say that it was not proper Mishpat, for He did improperly - can an awesome Tzadik do evil?!

2.

Malbim: Do you consider Hashem to be a Tzadik, if you say that He did this great evil?!
