What is the meaning of "Rashu"?

Radak: Even though young lions have great strength to seek prey, sometimes they are hungry; their strength does not help them - "Layish Oved mi'Beli Taref u'Vnei Lavi Yispardu" (Iyov 4:11).
Malbim: If they do not have prey, they will not find their food. Also people impoverished from their property are hungry.
