What does "u'le'Kodkod N'zir Echav" mean? Why does Moshe refer to Yosef as "N'zir Echav"?

Rashi and Targum Onkelos: '... on the skull of the one who was separated from his brothers (when he was sold' - Rashi).

Seforno: Refer to 33:16:1:1*. It means that he deserved this because be wore the crown of kingship among his brothers, yet he behaved towards them piously.

Targum Yonasan: It means ' ... on the skull of the man who was a master and a ruler in the land of Egypt and who was careful to safeguard the honor of his brothers'.
