Who are "Rechokim"?
Rashi: They are people who believed in Me, and do My will from their youth.
Radak, Malbim: Those who were far from Machaneh Ashur; they heard that Hashem wiped them out.
Who are "Kerovim"?
Rashi: They are Ba'alei Teshuvah who recently came close to Me.
Radak: Those who were in Machaneh Ashur. They knew Hashem's power, which overpowered them, and they knew that what Melech Ashur did was not with his own power like he boasted "b'Cho'ach Yadi Asisi" (10:13).
What is the Chidush that those close will know His Gevurah?
Malbim: Reports of a wonder spread afar with more stories of the wonder. Here, also those close will know the magnitude of the miracle.
