What do we learn from "Im Em'as Mishpat Avdi va'Amasi"?
1.
Orchos Tzadikim Sha'ar ha'Achzariyus DH Eved: The Torah permits to put impose harsh labor on an Eved Kena'ani. Even so, it is Midas Chasidus to be merciful on him, and not disgrace him, via action or words. He was given for work, and not for shame (Nidah 47a)! His master should speak with him gently, even at a time of a quarrel, and hear his claims, like Iyov did.
2.
Malbim: Elifaz said "Almanos Shilachta Reikam 1 " (22:9). Iyov said, not only did I not touch the inheritance of orphans and widows - I did not even despise Mishpat of my slaves, even though they are my property!

He did not mean that Iyov did so. He discussed a Rasha! (PF)
