What is the difference between Chochmah, Binah and Da'as?
1.
Rashi: Chochmah is the knowledge that one attains from others; Binah, what one extrapolates and works out oneself from that knowledge, and Da'as is Ru'ach ha'Kodesh.
2.
Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: Chochmah is the knowledge that one attains from others; Binah, what one extrapolates and works out oneself from that knowledge, whereas Da'as is Wisdom or intelligence.
Which are somehow hinted in the Mishkan (Ramban), and which we know from the Pesukim in Mishlei, 3:19-20 "Hashem be'Chochmah Yisad Aretz Konein Shamayim bi'Tevunah" and "be'Da'ato Tehomos Nivk'u" (B'rachos, 55a). See also Torah Temimah, note 7.
