Targum Onkelos and TArgum Yonasan: 'Like its formula'.

"Kodesh Tih'yeh l'cha la'Hashem". What are the connotations of "la'Hashem"?

Rashi: It permits the manufacture of Ketores only for the sake of Hashem. 1

Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: It means when you bring it on the Mizbe'ach it shall be holy before Hashem'.
