What do we learn from "Ad Chomas ha'Ofel"?

Malbim: They built between the wall, and the tower and Ofel attached to it. The Nesinim built the city wall until Sha'ar ha'Mayim, and the tower that comes out. The Teku'im built the wall opposite the tower until the wall of the Ofel, Sha'ar ha'Susim was there ? also it was opposite Beis ha'Melech (Melachim II, 11:16); there was a path from Sha'ar ha'Susim to Beis ha'Melech.
