Malbim: The wall of Sha'ar ha'Gai went until Sha'ar ha'Ashpos, and from there to Sha'ar ha'Ayin. Near it in the east, in the wall, were Mei ha'Shilu'ach (which is also called Berechas ha'Melech ? 2:14), where the king's gardens were, Metzudas Tziyon, Ir David, Beis Shlomo, Milo and Beis Milo, on the descent from Har Tziyon in the east.

Rashi: He covered it. This is like Metalalta (a Sukah). Ibn Ezra ? the Targum of "b'Tzel Korasi" is bi'Tlal Sherusi.

Where was the wall of Berechas ha'Shelach?

Rashi: It leaned to the side of the king's gardens. They knew where all these matters are.

Malbim: From the descent from Har Tziyon in the east they went on the steps via Gei Ben Hinom to the king's gardens and the Berechah. Ir David was west of Gei Ben Hinom, inside the wall of Har Tziyon. The king's gardens and Berechah were inside the city wall. There was a bridge on top to go from one wall to the other.
