Rashi: The verse implies unlike this. Oved is something that it itself is lost, e.g. "ki'Chli Oved", "Ta'isi k'Seh Oved", "Tzon Ovedos."

Rashi: He would say about her 'she is my relative', or 'I will marry her', in order that men would want to marry her.

Ibn Ezra (42:17): [Elifaz] charged that Iyov (a judge) did not do justice for widows. He refuted this.
