Seeing as the oil for the Menachos did not need to be "Kasis", why does the Torah write here "Kasis"?
Rashi: To teach us that, even though the oil for the Menachos does not need to be Kasis" 1 , Shemen Kasis may be used.
What was the Neisech?
Rashi: The Nesech was the three Lugin of wine that was brought together with the Korban Tamid, which was poured into one of the two silver bowls that were placed beside the south-western Keren of the Mizbe'ach, from where it poured on to the ground. 1
In the desert and down to the foundation in the Beis-ha'Mikdash (Rashi).
What specific role did the Neisech play vis-a-vis the Korban?
