What are the connotations of "Hu Yih'yeh le'Rosh ve'Atah Tih'yeh le'Zanav"?

Targum Onkelos: It means that they will be strong and you will be weak.

2.

Targum Yonasan: It means that they will be your masters and you will be subordinate to them.
