Who is "Holech Tamim"?

1.

Malbim: In every matter there are two paths - right and left. E.g. in Midos there is pride and humility, generosity and stinginess, Gevurah and timidity. In everything, one must conduct according to Chachmah, e.g. to be humble to Tzadikim, and arrogant against Resha'im.

What is the meaning of "[Ne'ekash Derachayim] Yipol b'Achas"?

1.

Rashi: He will fall in one evil, and not rise.

2.

Malbim: These pairs of opposite ways are called Derachayim. If he goes in Temimus, he will be saved. Ne'ekash goes opposite to what is proper, e.g. he is humble to Resha'im, and arrogant against Tzadikim. He is generous for an Aveirah, and stingy for a Mitzvah. In each one of these two ways, he falls in a trap.
