Rashi: It implies that Bnos Tzelofchad were to receive two portions in Eretz Yisrael, one, that of Tzelofchad, who left Egypt, the other, the portion that he was due to receive together with his brothers, in the inheritance of his father Cheifer (who also left Egypt).
