Why does the Torah present the case of a father inheriting by way of a hint and not directly?

1.

Ramban: Because for a child to die in the lifetime of his father is a curse, and the Torah is reluctant to discuss curses directly.

2.

Oznayim la'Torah: Because, based on the fact that the relationshoip between the father and son is two-ways, there is a principle ''Kol Manchil, Nochel' -'Whoever bequeaths, inherits'.
