Why does it say that Hashem helped him against Pelishtim, Arvim and Me'unim?

Malbim: Later they joined to fight him. They had defeated Yehudah earlier, in the days of Yehoram 1 . Based on nature, it would be hard to defeat them; Uziyah defeated them miraculously.

Above (21:16) it says that Pelishtim and Arvim defeated Yehoram, but it does not mention Me'unim. (PF) Radak says that Me'unim are Amonim (refer to 26:8:1:1).
