Rashi: It means that you will go on to despise those who do keep the Mitzvos, and then to hate the Chachamim (who teach them)'.
Ramban: It means that, if you despise My Chukim (statutes) 1 and vomit out (loathe) My judgments (the punishments that are due for transgressing the commandments). 2
Seforno: It means that, not only will you negate Hashem's statutes but you will despise them ... and deliberately vomit out the Mishpatim. 3
Targum Onkelos: 'If you despise the Mitzvos of My Torah and distance yourselves from My Mishpatim'.
Ramban: 'What does Hashem care if I wear Sha'atnez!' 'What is to be gained by burning a red Heifer and being sprinkled with its ashes!'
Ramban: It cannot refer to the Mishpatim, since everyone understands that a country cannot function without civil laws.

What are the connotations of "le'Vilti Asos ... es Kol Mitzvosai"?
Rashi: It means that you will subsequently stop others from performing the Mitzvos ... and then deny that Hashem even commanded them.
Ramban, Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: 'Which you will reject "in order to be exempt from keeping My Mitzvos'.
Seforno: It means that you will do that in order to absolve yourselves from having to fulfill the most basic commandments. 1
Seforno: As the Navi writes in Hoshe'a, 5:4, and as the Gemara states in Sanhedrin, 63b 'Yisrael knew full well that there is nothing in the idols, and they only worshipped them in order to permit incest in public'.
What are the implications of "Lehafr'chem es B'risi"?
Rashi: It implies that you will finally deny the very existence of Hashem (Kevayachol). 1
