Why did the Torah write "Ki es Kol ha'To'evos ha'Eil" (See Torah Temimah, mote 125) - in Acharei-Mos Vayikra, 18:27, in connection with Arayos and "Kol Asei Eileh" here, in connection with weights and measures?

Targum Yonasan: To incorporate people who indulge in dishonest business practices, whom Hakadosh-Baruch-Hu also detests.
