Malbim: In summer, people go in boats, and pirates rob them.

What do we learn from "mi'Ymei Sheleg She'ol Chata'u"?

Rashi: It means umi'Ymei Sheleg - also those they stole from the world, via their sin.

Malbim: In winter, when water is frozen and boats cannot pass, they dwell in a deep place in deep tunnels in islands, and they sin with Zenus.
