Ha'amek Davar: Eliezer commanded his servant to open the muzzles and give straw and fodder to the camels.

Ramban: As it is most unlikely that Eliezer - who was a guest, did so himself. (We find a similar phrase in Bereishis 37:38, where it was the Midyani merchants who were passing, but it was the brothers, who were mentioned earlier, who withdrew Yosef from the pit.)

Malbim: One may not eat before feeding his animals. Eliezer would not even wash his feet before feeding them!
