Why does the Torah insert the (otherwise superfluous) word "la'Chodesh ha'Zeh"?
Sifra: To preclude Succos from the obligation to eat Matzos. 1
Even though Succos also commemorates Yetzi'as Mitzrayim. And by the same token, the Torah will later - in Pasuk 43 - preclude Pesach from the Chiyuv of sitting in the Succah. See Torah Temimah, note 21, who elaborates.
