Rashi: In the future, Tzadikim will plunder it when Melech ha'Mashi'ach comes.
Malbim: They will send a gift to Beis Hashem. In Bayis Sheni, they had Shalom with Yisrael.
Why does it say "Lo Ye'atzer"?
Rashi: Their merchandise will not be brought to the treasury of the Beis ha'Mikdash, to offer from it Olos and Zevachim from the animals, flour and wine that they will send.
What is the meaning of "Lo Yechasen"?
Rashi: They will not bequeath it to their sons.
Malbim: The gold and silver that they will send to Yerushalayim, they will not do from it any strengthening for the Heichal. Rather, it will be divided among those who sit in front of Hashem. The Kohanim who serve in the Mikdash will divide it among them.
What will be eaten to satiation?
Malbim: The meat and flour that they will send, Kohanim will eat it.
What is "li'Mchaseh Asik"?
Rashi: They are decorative garments. Asik is laudable, like "Yedabru Asak" (Tehilim 94:4).
Malbim: The money that they will send, Kohanim will use it to buy esteemed garments.
