Radak: They prevent them from hearing true Nevi'im who speak in My name, like their fathers did when they served Ba'al. Nevi'ei ha'Ba'al prophesized to them in the name of Ba'al, and they forgot My name. Also now, they forget My name due to the dreams of the false Nevi'im.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: They intend to make My nation forget My name, through dreams that one tells his friend, like their fathers abandoned Avodah of My name.
