Why is "Ches" mentioned nine times in the Parshah, and once more in va'Yechi (49:32)?

Hadar Zekenim (from Bereishis Rabah 58:8): This teaches that one who clarifies a Tzadik's purchase, it is as if he fulfilled Aseres ha'Dibros 1 (Da'as Zekenim to 23:5 writes - the five Chumashim).
