What is the meaning of "mi'Klei ha'Aganos v'Ad Kol Klei ha'Nevalim"?

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: From Kohanim [Gedolim] who wear an Efod, to Leviyim holding lyres. Aganos refers to Klei Shares with which Kohanim serve in the Beis ha'Mikdash; Leviyim sing with lyres.
