What is the meaning of "b'Meisarecha Sechonen Al Pneihem"?

Rashi: On the strings of Your bows, prepare arrows for them, and prepare to shoot them at their faces.

Radak: Prepare arrows on Your bow strings, and shoot them at their faces. This is like "Konennu Chitzam Al Yeser" (11:2). It is as if it says b'Meisarecha Sechonen Chitzecha, just Chitzecha is omitted. Verses often omit words when the matter is understood.

Malbim: With the ropes used to measure Mo'av (to keep alive a third and kill two thirds), prepare them on their faces.
