What is the meaning of "Ya'an Hazkarchem Avonechem"?
Rashi: You are Mechadesh new sins every day; they arouse mention of your first sins.
Radak: This is like "Mazkir Avon" (28). Hazkarchem is Makor (infinitive) of Hif'il. It has a Patach [under the Hei], like "v'Aven u'Srafim Haftzar" (Shmuel I, 15:23). It means, because you mention your sin of Shevu'as Sheker in front of Me, via revealing your sins in all your deeds. There are sins in all your deeds revealed to all, and all the more so to Me! You mention the old sins with the new, and the severe with the light.
Malbim: You are unlike one who admits and abandons [his sin]. This is both for sins due to denial, which are hidden in the heart and you mention them, and for Pesha'im (refer to 21:29:2:2).
Which Pesha'im are revealed?
Rashi: The new ones.
Malbim: These are sins of rebellion; you publicly rebel.
Which Chata'im does this show?
Rashi: The old ones.
Malbim: Chata'im are due to desire. They are seen to all in all your Alilos, i.e. deeds that stem from ethical natures of the Nefesh. Your Midos and natures are the source of these deeds ? all are evil and sin.
What is the meaning of "Ya'an Hizacherchem"?
Rashi: Because mention of you is in front of Me for evil?
Radak: Because you are mentioned in front of Me as sinners?
Malbim: Just like you mention your sins, you are remembered for evil via the sorcery
How will they be seized in the palm?
Rashi, Targum Yonasan: You will be handed over to Melech Bavel. Radak - the Patach under the Beis in "ba'Kaf" is the known palm ? of Melech Bavel.
Malbim: The Kesem came in the palm of Nebuchadnetzar, against Yerushalayim.
