'Rashi': Believe in Him - then, you will succeed.

Radak: Be faithful to Him.

Malbim: [Believe in Him, and] He will be faithful for you, and fulfill His promise.

Malbim: They told you not to do anything [to fight] - then you will succeed in the merit of the Emunah.
