What is the meaning of "Shenis Ta'asu"?
Rashi: The first one that I rebuked was difficult - he married Nochriyos, and even if he was single. The second is harsher - he was married to a Yisraelis, and married Nochriyos in addition to her, because Bnos Yisrael were blackened via hunger and exile, and became despised to them. He sat her in his house like a widow in her husband's lifetime, and the Nochris was the mistress.
Radak: The first disgrace was of the Mizbe'ach, via offering a Ba'al Mum. Secondly, you cause Mizbach Hashem to be covered with tears. Your Jewish wives come and cry over the injustice that you do to them - you marry Nochriyos in addition to them. The Nochriyos are beloved, and the Yisraeliyos are hated. They come in front of the Mizbe'ach with crying and groaning, and cover the Mizbe'ach with tears.
Malbim: The second evil is that the Jewish wives are afflicted under the Nochriyos, and they cover the Mizbe'ach with tears.
What is the meaning of "Kesus Dim'ah Es Mizbach [Hashem]"?
Rashi: They came in front of Mizbach Hashem and cry. They say 'what was our sin? What sin did our husbands see in us? We are in front of the Mizbe'ach to be tested like Sotos!'
What is "va'Anakah"?
Rashi: This is like Anachah (groaning). We learn from "He'anek Dom" (Yechezkel 24:17). If it were an expression of screaming, "Dom" (be silent) would not apply!
Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: Medankin. Also the Targum of "u'Nkotosem bi'Fneichem" (Yechezkel 20:43) is v'Sidankun - one who growls and is pained by himself.
Why does it say "me'Ein Od Penos El ha'Minchah"?
Rashi: You are not worthy that I should turn to your Minchah and accept it from you.
Radak: It is proper that I not turn to your Menachos that you offer on the Mizbe'ach, for you offered on the Mizbe'ach a Ba'al Mum and stolen animal. Also, women's tears testify about your evil!
Malbim: I cannot accept your Minchah, for [your wives] arouse judgment against you to Shamayim. This is like Shlomo prayed "Asher Yecheta Ish l'Re'ehu v'Nasa Vo Alah Leha'aloso u'Va Alah Lifnei Mizbachacha...; v'Atah Tishma ha'Shamayim" (Melachim I, 8:31-32).
What is the meaning of "v'Lakachas Ratzon mi'Yedchem"?
Radak: That it will be accepted for you.
